C is for Collaboration: The Power of Partnerships to Improve Reading Achievement
Please join us on June 9th at 1:30 pm for a city-wide conference of the Collaborative for Reading Science and Inclusive Classrooms, a project of the Special Education Enhancement Fund (OSSE).

The conference is hosted by the project partners, American University, Langley Elementary, and Noyes Elementary Schools.

Conference Overview
Since March 2020, teams of educators from Noyes and Langley Elementary Schools have been working with faculty and staff from American University to build their knowledge of reading science and structured literacy through graduate-level courses, professional development, and coaching.

Conference Goals
--Share the work of the Collaborative: a partnership designed to leverage a multi-level approach to building the knowledge and skills of instructional leaders and educators about reading science, structured literacy, data analysis, and needs-based planning.
--Create a space for educators and leaders to share, demonstrate, and discuss their experiences providing structured literacy instruction.

2:35: Concurrent Sessions

The presenters are leaders, teachers, and aides from Noyes and Langley Elementary Schools as well as faculty from American University. We will send a full conference program before the event.

PLUs will be available for participating educators.
